kompakPrivacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use kompak and how we keep that data protected. We at kompak collect personal information to verify your identity, process your deposits and withdrawals, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers.

Our privacy practices are governed by Indonesian law and international data-protection standards. We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing. We disclose your data only to regulatory authorities, law-enforcement agencies, or payment processors when legally required.

If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us through the Help section of your kompak account or via the channels listed on our Legal notice page.

What Data We Collect on kompak

Account Registration and Identity Verification

When you create a kompak account, we collect your email address, password, full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and national identification number (if applicable in your jurisdiction). We use this information to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

We perform identity verification by cross-referencing your provided details against government databases and third-party verification services. This process is mandatory; we cannot offer kompak services without it. If verification fails, your account creation is rejected and no funds are charged.

Payment and Transaction Data

When you deposit or withdraw funds on kompak, we collect payment method details: your bank account number (for BCA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment transfers), e-wallet account identifier (for online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment), or e-wallet code. We also record the amount, timestamp, and status of each transaction.

We retain this transaction history indefinitely for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. If you dispute a withdrawal or claim unauthorized activity, we use this record to investigate.

We do not store your payment credentials

kompak does not retain your bank passwords, e-wallet PINs, or credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (payment gateways) that comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

Gameplay and Account Activity

We record your gameplay activity: bets placed, games played, results, and account balance changes. We use this data to detect fraud, investigate disputes, and understand user behaviour for platform improvement. We also track your login history, device information (operating system, browser type), and IP address.

This activity data is retained for at least three years for regulatory and compliance purposes. After that period, we may delete or anonymize it.

Communication Data

If you contact our support team via email, chat, or phone, we record your message, our response, and any attachments. We use this data to resolve your issue and improve our support processes. We retain support tickets for at least two years.

Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of kompak after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy. If you do not agree to a change, you may close your account and cease using kompak.
