When you create an account on kompak, you agree to our terms governing deposits, withdrawals, account conduct, and dispute resolution. These terms apply to all users accessing our platform—sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports markets—through mobile browsers and native apps.

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not operate globally, and we do not warrant that kompak is legal in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for verifying that access complies with their own local regulations before creating an account.

kompak Deposits and Payment Methods

kompak accepts nine payment methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking virtual account, local payment virtual account, and online payment virtual account. (We also support e-wallet virtual account.) Each method has different processing speeds and features.

Your deposit is transferred to your kompak account balance immediately upon confirmation. We do not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Funds deposited on kompak are held as account balance for wagering purposes. kompak is not a bank or financial institution. Your funds are subject to our account terms, not banking protections.

Withdrawals and Processing

You can withdraw your account balance at any time. You select your withdrawal method (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and submit. Your kompak account is debited immediately; the funds are routed to your chosen method.

We do not guarantee processing timelines. All withdrawals are subject to account verification and your payment provider's processing queue. online payment and e-wallet transfers typically complete within minutes; bank transfers process during business hours and may take one business day or longer. During peak times or holidays, processing may be delayed.

Large withdrawals or unusual account activity may trigger enhanced verification: proof of income, source-of-funds documentation, or employment verification. These checks are compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documents may result in withdrawal denial or account suspension.

Wagers, Odds, and kompak Game Rules

When you place a wager on kompak—whether football (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), live-dealer games, slots, or esports—you accept the published odds, game rules, and payout structure. We do not modify odds after you place your wager.

Our games use random number generators (slots, live-dealer) or real-world match outcomes (sportsbook, esports). Game results are final once published. We do not reverse, cancel, or adjust results except to correct documented system errors.

Slot games and live-dealer tables display their return-to-player (RTP) percentage before you play. This percentage is the long-term average payout; individual sessions vary widely. Losses are always possible. Gambling is not guaranteed income.

kompak Account Suspension, Dispute Resolution, and Legal

Account Suspension and Closure

kompak reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for suspension include: providing false information, suspected fraud, breaching our terms, engaging in prohibited conduct, or operating from a jurisdiction where we do not permit access.

If your account is suspended, you will receive notice via email where possible. You may contact our Help team to request clarification. We will not reactivate a suspended account without investigation and your acknowledgment of the suspension reason.

Upon account closure, your remaining balance is held subject to pending verification and dispute resolution. After all holds are cleared, we process your final withdrawal to your designated payment method.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you dispute a wager result, payout, or withdrawal, contact our Help team within thirty days of the disputed transaction. Provide your account number, transaction date, and detailed description of the dispute. Our team will investigate and respond within ten business days.

kompak maintains records of all wagers, results, payouts, and account activity. We base dispute resolutions on these records. If we determine that our system processed your transaction correctly, we will explain our finding and close the dispute. If we find a system error, we will correct it and issue the appropriate adjustment.

Disputes not reported within thirty days are forfeited. kompak is not obligated to investigate or remedy old transactions.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may pursue claims through applicable local courts or regulatory bodies (if available in your jurisdiction).
